Tonight at Art Coop: Photogrammer (featuring yours truly)

I’ve got three photos in the Photogrammer show that opens 7-11pm tonight, Friday the 9th, at Art Coop in the CWE. The photos I’ll be showing are photos of text on North Side storefronts, from my Postcards from North St. Louis project. They’ll be hanging at 4515 Olive.

The show itself is a broad survey of what photographers are doing in St. Louis these days.

Consider stopping by, and if you do, say hello–I’ve got pink hair, so I’m usually pretty easy to spot.

Here’s the full announcement, if I may spam you:

  1. As you killed my car I will try to make it. But I am rather afraid of walking from the Central West End station. This gallery is very close to the dangerous North Side. What if I am mugged by a gang of roving youths and/or vindictive prostitutes?

  2. Don’t worry, it’s two blocks from yuppie staples such as Duff’s and Balaban’s.
